Rachel Dukes ′13, along with writer and coartist Michael Sweater, is releasing a new comic, The Wizerd and the Potion of Dreams, through Lion Forge. The Wizerd is a garden-tending recluse. But coming in April 2019, he is about to leave his comfortable home life to aid an aspiring warrior in search of adventure as they search for the ingredients to a wish-making potion. Rachel says, “The first book is full of castles, fights, tea, treasure, ferns, and potential distractions.”
Previously, Rachel has released No Gods. No Dungeon Master through Silver Sprocket Bicycle Club (2017). She also self-publishes many comics, including Frankie Comics, which is up to Issue 4. She has also worked on Adventure Time Comics and Steven Universe through KaBOOM! / Boom Studios.
