With the release of the Berlin: City of Light (Drawn and Quarterly), Jason Lutes is out and about this fall. On October 25, Jason will be at the Librairie Drawn & Quarterly in Montreal, Quebec. Then he shoots off down south to appear at the Texas Book Festival on October 27 and 28. Jason’s trilogy Berlin, now compiled in a single volume, is a historical fiction graphic novel about the decline of the Weimar Republic and the rise of Nazism in Germany.
Librairie Drawn & Quarterly is one of Drawn and Quarterly’s storefronts. Drawn and Quarterly is a major publisher of some of the best comic talents in North America.
The Texas Book Festival in Austin aims to inspire Texans of all ages to love reading. This free event is open to the public and is spread in and around the State Capitol Building. All book sales during the festival support the two-day even and their statewide school and library programming.
Where will Jason be in the future? Here’s a complete list.
