Let’s add another item to the list of Upper Valley Must-Sees: the work of Laura Terry (CCS ’10). In addition to local highlights like Dartmouth College campus murals, cartoons for King Arthur Flour’s magazine The Baking Sheet, and illustrations for Lou’s Restaurant in Hanover, Terry’s lush and expressive style has been featured on websites like Slate.com. A recipient of one of the last-awarded Xeric grants for her 2012 comic Overboard, Terry keeps her online portfolio updated at www.bravesailor.com.
