The Hotel Coolidge is located across the street from CCS. A section of the hotel is licensed under Hostelling International. This dorm-style housing is available on a month-to-month lease, and features private rooms with a common area kitchen and lounge, and shared bathrooms. Rooms are furnished with twin beds, shelves, clothing rack, and a sink. Coin-operated laundry is available on premises.
CCS Lounge
The Hotel Coolidge has added a CCS-only lounge. This private sitting area has a flat screen TV equipped with a DVD and comfortable furniture so that you can hang out late at night and even host movie nights for small groups. It is adjacent to the kitchen so that drinks and snacks are close at hand.
Rental Rates for 2010/11:
Includes heat, electricity, cable TV, wireless internet connection, offstreet parking and weekly maid service.
Standard rate: $485/month
CCS Extended Stay Plan Option:
Approx. $380/month, or $3,415 total for September-May
HOW IT WORKS: Pay the standard rate of $485/month for September and October.
If you choose to remain at Hotel Coolidge, the rate goes down to $385 for November and December. After that, if you elect to remain the rate goes down to $335/month. You must commit to stay from January through May to qualify for this lower rate, or you can keep staying month-to-month at the rate of $385/month.
